When it comes to taking life by the horns, few have a firmer grip than Tanner Byrne. As a Saskatchewan native from a rodeo family, Tanner knew his spot was behind the chute and in the arena by the time he was eight.
After going pro at 18, Tanner’s perseverance and toughness caught the attention of his fellow pros when he came in as the highest-placing qualifier, and first Canadian to qualify, for THE AMERICAN’s bull riding event. Since then, Tanner has continued to move up in ranking as well as qualify for several PBR BFTS events.
When he’s not on the bull, he’s at the gym, playing the guitar, or spending time with his wife.
